Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Advance Notice: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled start time will receive a full refund or can be moved to another date free of charge. Email immramatherapies@gmail.com Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or missed appointments (no-shows), will forfeit the session fee / deposit.
