Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy in Paisley
As a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychology, I provide a clinical yet deeply soulful space for healing. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, combining scientific psychological understanding with compassionate, person-centred care and open-ended, intuitive approaches.
My Approach
My practice is rooted in neuroaffirming and anti-oppressive principles. I move away from pathologising language, instead viewing neurodivergence as a natural part of human diversity. By working through an anti-oppressive lens, I remain committed to understanding how systemic power and social structures impact your mental well-being, ensuring our therapeutic space is one of genuine safety, equity, and empowerment.

What To Expect in a Session
Our sessions are a collaborative space where your pace is respected. We might use psychotherapy combined with creative or somatic techniques to help you process emotions that are difficult to put into words and to understand nervous system regulation.
The Goal of Therapy
The aim is not just to manage symptoms, but to foster a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we work toward building resilience and finding a path that feels authentic to who you are.
