As an Integrative Counsellor, I don’t believe you can separate the mind from the body or the spirit. If you are coming to me for anxiety or trauma, we talk. We process. But we also acknowledge the energy of that struggle.

Being based on the 2nd floor of 31 High Street (above the Beauty and Beast Gym), the space at Seomra is designed to be a grounded sanctuary. It’s a short 5 minute walk from Paisley Abbey and from Gilmour Street Station, making it an escape from the bustle of the town centre, but still in the heart of Paisley and accessible from transport links.

• The First Step: We always start with a free 15-minute intro call. This ensures we are the right fit for one another before you even step into the room.

• The Second Step: Once an appointment is booked, you will be welcomed to the therapy space. Seomra is a quiet, private space where your privacy and safety are the absolute priority.
